NACCL-38 Registration

Registration is open now.

Categories of registration fee:

• What does the registration fee cover: The registration fee includes access to all workshops, talks, poster sessions, and it also covers simple breakfasts, coffee/tea breaks and lunches during the conference.
• Who needs to register: All attendees, whether presenting or not, are required to pay the registration fee. All presenters need to complete the registration by March 10 to be included in the conference program.
• Banquet add-on: There will be a banquet on the evening of May 9 for conference attendees at an additional charge of $50 per person. There will be an option to add the banquet fee when you make the registration fee payment. Banquet sign-up will be available from February 1 – April 20.

Registration policy:

1. There are two steps to complete the registration. Step 1 is to fill out the attendee information. Step 2 is to make the registration fee payment. A registration is considered valid only if both steps are completed successfully. Please note that the name and email information provided in step 1 and step 2 must match.
2. A 3% credit card processing fee is already included in the above registration fee amounts. The NACCL-38 conference does not receive any portion of the credit card processing fee.
3. You will receive an email confirming your registration within a few minutes after submitting your payment in step 2. The receipt of this email confirms your successful registration for NACCL-38. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of completing your payment (please remember to check your spam/junk folder), it means that your registration was not submitted successfully, and you will need to complete and submit the registration form again to ensure eligibility to participate in the conference. Please also make sure that your email address provided in step 2 is spelled correctly.
4. NACCL-38 will NOT be accepting any request for refunds.
