The Department of East Asian Languages and Literatures (EALL) is now accepting submissions for the EALL Language and Culture Prize. The application form must be submitted by February 26, 2026. This prize, originally established as the Korean Language and Culture Student Prize, is supported by a fund generously donated by Professor Young-Key Kim-Renaud. Each year, one student will be selected to receive a $500 award.
Eligibility
The applicant must be enrolled in at least one language or content course in EALL at the time of application.
The applicant must have had at least one year of Chinese, Japanese, or Korean language studies or content courses at George Washington University.
