A new publication titled "To Heaven's Rim: The Kingdom Poets Book of World Christian Poetry, Beginnings to 1800, in English Translation (Poiema Poetry Series)" by Burl Horniachek (Cascade Books, 2023) includes Professor Jonathan Chaves' translations of a suite of 12 poems by Wu Li 吳歷 (1632-1718), the famous painter who converted to Catholicism and was ordained one of the very first Chinese priests.
