Professor Chaves' articles translated and published in Chinese

Two of Professor Chaves’ articles have been translated into Chinese and published in Ye Ye and Yan Zinan 葉曄 & 顏子楠, Xihai yizhu: Oumei mingqing shiwen lunji 西海遺珠: 歐美明清詩文論集 (Gathered Pearls from the West: A collection of articles by scholars of America [and Canada] and Europe on poetry of the Ming and Qing Dynasties), Beijing University Press, 2022. Professor Chaves’ two articles, “The Yellow Mountain Poems of Ch’ien Ch’ien-i (1582-1664): Poetry as Yu-chi [travel essay],” and “Moral Action in the Poetry of Wu Chia-chi (1618-84),” first appeared in the Harvard Journal of Asiatic Studies.
